*Appointments are 50 minutes in duration, clients will be charged for every additional 10 minutes thereafter.

 

Medical Aids

This practice claims directly for Discovery Health and Medical aids administered by Discovery Health only. Medical aid claims are claimed at the respective medical aid rate, these may vary, the Discovery rate for 2026 is R 1292.20. Clients who are with another medical aid must settle their account on the day of their consultation, a receipt will be provided for your reimbursement purposes.

When visiting a health practitioner, he/she enters a contract with the client and not with their medical aid. Should the client’s medical aid not cover the session, the client remains responsible for settling the account. The client’s medical aid is their insurance provider, it is therefore the client’s responsibility to contact their medical aid directly for information on their benefits, available savings, and respective medical aid rates.
