As a bilingual Counselling Psychologist, providing therapy in both English and Portuguese, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their personal growth journey. With experience working internationally and in South Africa, I focus on building an authentic and warm therapeutic relationship tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work with adults and adolescents (12+), using a variety of therapeutic approaches to optimise psychological well-being and help clients achieve meaningful personal growth.
